Today we went to the castle, we got there as it opened at 9 o'clock but were still beaten there by a coach load of French students. But actually the castle is quite big with a lot of different areas to explore so some parts we had to ourselves. And the sun shone which was glorious. We went back to the apartment to collect our luggage and then went to the Bute Park tea rooms for tea and cake. A rather unusual man came and showed us the moles on his arms, (long story, he seemed harmless enough). Then it was back to Bristol. We took out stuff to Rosie's and then had a walk out via the city farm, lots of cute lambs and kids (goat and human). We ended up at the VX, vegan Junk food cafe for a late snack before winding our way back. It was such super weather we made dinner and cocktails that we took to the park to eat with G, before we staggered back home.
