Long, Long Day

Eric had his bladder removed today in a 9-hour surgery. It went well, except for the unintended loss of about a fourth of his blood when a vein was accidently knicked. It sure helped to have my sister with me for a few hours. He had a restless recovery and couldn't get to sleep. I got home at midnight in a daze. Yiker rohnies, hang on to your bladder!
