This is my oldest brother, Trevor. The photo was taken at the wedding of one of his grandchildren in 2005.

Nine years older than me, in many respects he was my male role-model during my formative years as our father was in the army and rarely at home. He died 6 years ago today, of throat cancer. He was just 71 years old.
