Sunset

Another hot, sunny day. We had a drink in Teignmouth then a walk along the beach, busy with people enjoying the sunshine. After lunch we went to Ashburton, a small town on the edge of Dartmoor. An interesting place with lots of independent shops, many antique and vintage. We found a Sherlock themed pub, The Hound of the Baskervilles where I had a very acceptable pint of a local ale from Exeter Brewery, Fraid Not. After another walk round we went back to the pub for a very nice dinner from their extensive menu.

On return to Teignmouth we found Back Beach heaving with people out to enjoy a lovely summer's evening, many overspilling from The Ship. We walked a short way along the beach and sat to watch the sunset.

So I'm sorry this is another, albeit different, picture of the estuary from the beach, but who can resist a good sunset?
