A trip to Edinburgh

Today with friends we took the train to Edinburgh to see the matinee performance of War Horse at the Festival Theatre - what a fabulous and moving performance with brilliant depiction of the horses.

We had some time to spare when we arrived so were able to enjoy the sunshine and warmth in Princes Street Gardens seen in the blip. One of the extras shows the view up to Edinburgh Castle and the other was taken from the train crossing the Forth Rail Bridge with the sun setting behind the other 2 bridges.
