Needed a run!

Had a tough and depressing day. Got very annoyed, and said so, in an afternoon meeting - people usually realise I’m annoyed and back off, unfortunately I was surrounded by too many blinkered people who only think about themselves and nobody else, so they got the barrels.

Went for a well required run afterwards, with two very nice colleagues. We did 6.2k and all my stress was worked off nicely. Blip was taken on the run itself. Someone has told me that Mandarin/Oriental Ducks nest in trees and then their ducklings float down to the river when they are ready. I really hope this is a nest!
