Head height

Rosie is very fond of people eating their dinner at the garden table. She has a clear and constant view of all plates so can make ongoing assessments if you are going to eat that salmon skin or not. I didn’t, she enjoyed it.

A relatively peaceful day at work with yoga after. Oh and a quick trip for the doctor to confirm my blood tests results are perfect and I must be “doing all the right things”. And my knee is normal for someone of my age.....
I’m focusing on the blood assessment, plenty of wine is clearly an excellent approach to good health.
