A day in Shrewsbury

Today I went to Shrewsbury to meet my old school friend for coffee.  The weather was really hot, quite a change from last week! I took sandwiches and sat on a bench under a tree to eat them which was very enjoyable. 

We met up after lunch and had a good catch up, it was lovely to see her and swap news.

I also did a bit of shopping and took a few photos as I walked around - this is High Street looking from The Square.
