Shinto Shrine and Ancient Tree 91/365

I left Tokyo by train today, intending to see a bit of the Pacific coast but when I arrived at the station for the Kasai Seaside Park, it seemed a bit built up and Disneyfied. I stayed on the train for a while longer and as we arrived in Shim-Matsudo, I noticed the top of a shrine beside the station. I jumped off and found my way round to it. 
There are a fair few photos of the shrine building itself in the Flickr album below, but I liked this juxtaposition of a very old tree and the modern concrete torii gate to the shrine. 
The weather was great and I went for a wander around Matsudo too, again pics in the album.
