New life

We walked one of the most difficult sections of the coastal path today from Trebarwith Strand to Port Isaac. It is marked as strenuous and as it was quite warm and still blustery with gusts coming from the South, that added to the excitement. I am not sure how I managed to carry myself and my rucksack over some of the very difficult stiles. We passed this ewe with her two lambs and I am sure the second one had just been born as you can see what looks like the afterbirth trailing from her rear.
