And the ruby crowns have arrived!

Saw a flash of red on the back of a head as two small birds went whizzing on by. Being in intrepid birdwatcher mode I grabbed the camera and headed towards the bushes. Alas, they were gone. Dejected  ,I headed back to the house . Suddenly  right in front of me- there it was ! The first ruby crowned kinglet of spring! I know what your'e thinking-"it's just another golden crowned kinglet ,they've been here all week". Nope. The proof is in the extras-a back view of it's little red streak . Yay ! We may have snow but the pulmonaria is out and the kinglets are back ! The daffodils are stuck at 4 inches high and not budding . But hey ! You can't have everything;)
