Act of Kindness

Last year a good friend of Dad’s, Brian S Duncan (a renowned daffodil breeder) asked my step mother would she be agreeable to have one of his new daffodils named “Drew’s Memory” in memory of my Dad, she agreed, the form was sent off & she received a certificate. Brian also kindly gave her a bag of bulbs that she shared between herself, my brothers & I, these are some of my bulbs in bloom. It is understated, just like my beloved Dad. It was a touching act of kindness, by Brian, much appreciated.
My grass was cut for the 1st time this year, it seems very late to be saying this today, but there has been very little growth.
