Smudge on a walnut

Not a real walnut but an outsized chainsaw wood carving. Smudge and I were enjoying the morning sun.

It's been a very hot day and feels as though summer has arrived. This evening we ate outside which is the first time this year


May it continue as six months of greyness has been too long.
