Riding Again

Always a sure sign that spring has arrived to see the rapeseed in bloom.

Somehow I managed to ride the bike trainer twice last week - inside - and under gray rainy skies.  Not so this week, the warm sunny weather begged to go outside.  I had to stop a bit over the mid point to let my heart, which was stuck in my throat, slow down.  Shew... so out of shape.

Taking the camera requires a bit of extra effort to carry the weight, but it does invite slowing down for multiple photo ops. :)
