Annual April Blipmeet

It's very late, we're just back from a wonderful evening with our friends and their lovely dogs. It was fabulous to see DDW, Mr. W, Mabel (and their stupendous view of Boston), Paula, Tim and the Blond Bombshells. The dogs entertained us, we chatted up a storm and then made our way to a cozy restaurant booth for six. More laughs and conversation along with delicious food rounded out our annual April Blipmeet. We're already looking forward to next year.

I'm feeling quite smug about this photo. I traveled light, no Nikon, no Leicas, big or small, just my iPhone X. I remembered today that I had read that I could use my Apple watch as a remote to take a group shot of us all. I found the easy instructions online, packed two plastic potato chip bag clips to attach on each side of the iPhone to steady it. You can see me pressing the button on the watch...success, with a big grin. I just wish Paula had smiled at that moment. I'm smiling now thinking of everything Blipfoto has given me these past 7, nearly 8 years. I love these people and our time together.
