THE DOOR TO THE 1/2 FLOOR...
It seems most of the cities buildings are made on the context of walking up to 6 flights of stairs, because they need to put in a lift of some sort if they build 7 floors...and you really don't want to be in it when they do their random zone shut off the electricity grid thingy that happens by surprise every once in a while...
While i was going to see someone in the college office building the other day, i could not understand why i walked up 3 double flights of stairs with no floor separating 2nd to 3rd...yes the were marked 2,3,4 floors...but there were too many flights of stairs between 2 and 3...and if you count the windows on the outside of the building there are 5 floors...
As you go up, you come across this little door and if you look inside you find it is a half floor...mainly storage and pipes...it seems they built a hotel above the existing building(now offices) and needed access to all the plumbing... so much for the basement being underground...i really hope a pipe doesn't burst...not very nice for the canteen on the 2nd floor or the market on the first floor.
