Tablet take 1

My first attempt at making tablet - yes that's what it is and no it is not a brick from Hansel and Gretel.

100% disaster using a fool proof tried and tested recipe. However I forgot to take it off the heat and the mixture just turned to ..... who knows what!

Good job I bought double ingredients, so I will be having another go.

Tips are welcome.

Then it was off out for some 10 pin bowling and dinner with some friends.
