Audubon's Warbler or Yellow Rumped Warbler ?

I was very excited to see this bird in my water feature today.  I'm sure it is not the best bird photography but it is the only shot I got before it took off.  I do not think I have seen this bird in my yard before.  At first I was thinking it was a yellow rumped warbler but I entered it into the new app I have, Inaturalist, and someone suggested that it may be a Audubon's Warbler.
