homeward bound

We left Michelle’s around 9.30am to drive back to Les Pilles. We stopped off at a cake shop to get my dad some mini cupcakes (it was his bday yesterday) and also stopped at Grand Frais where we got some stuff for a picnic lunch.

It’s so nice to have the sunshine back! And it’s getting warmer!

We brought dad his birthday present (some proper digital scales so there’ll be no more weird measurements when he’s making his Dundee cakes!) and cupcakes and he was happy to see Marius back home.
