Selfish

A snatched 'selfish' whilst riding. Last day of the bike hire today and I just did the ride that I wanted to do - out just after 8 for a couple of hours, 54km of a familiar route. Which brought up somewhere around 550km for the week. And, although it was always about quality rather than quantity, I was pretty happy with that I have to say.

Dropped the bike off at the shop and then walked into town to meet my lot for lunch at an Italian we'd be wanting to try out. It was perfectly decent without being anything fantastic but who's going to argue with the opportunity to have a beer and a pizza on a Wednesday afternoon?
