Lines on the grass!

Jack had had a fun day giving the grass a second cut after its awful winter. Oreste, who takes care of the heavy work in our garden, is back after a 4 month break. Great to have him back. The grass needs quite a bit of work to clear the moss etc. But there are stripes so I'll let them get on with it!

While this activity was happening I drove to Ware to see my college chum Sam who has now finished 6 months of really horrid chemo. She has been so strong but it has been hard for her. Now she will hopefully have a good summer and will build up her strength again.
