Train into Leeds with Elaine who was off to finalise details on buying a new car.
Took the opportunity to go to Oliver Bonus to buy a new lightweight coat that l’d had my eye on since January and was now in the sale.
Then to ballet , first session back in three weeks and l sure did feel it : in muscles l’d forgotten existed.
Stayed behind for a coffee today instead of rushing off, it seems most people who go to this class have either been teachers or nurses so we had a lot in common to chat about.
Then walked to Costco to meet Mr P as planned, except l decided to take the longer route because l was a bit early and managed to get lost and had to retrace my steps meaning l walked a couple of miles more than had intended.
Never mind it’s all exercise and now lm going for a long soak in the bath.
