Bread School

My first day at Lesley’s Kitchen learning the art of bread making. Sourdough today - with Ellen who is a Norwegian but living in Lismore. She intends opening an artisan bakery there- at the moment she’s a bodyguard for UAE royals: fascinating.
Me, I just want to bake it and eat it. Extra shots - fruits of our labour and me enjoying the mix.
