Fund raising again. School cake and candy tomorrow for their twinned school in Malawi.
30 Butterfly cakes later and an aching back. Never mind, tomorrow is just a few hours away and another full diary at work...........unbounded joy!

Have another appointment with the voodo Chiaropractor, ( as one of the Drs I work with called him). I don't give a hoot, I just want it to work.

Maybe no aching back tomorrow then?
