Magnolia x loebneri 'Merrill 'best year yet

Blooming in my parents yard in Littleton.   I planted this probably 16 years ago from a #1 container purchased at the now defunct Kmart in Fort Collins my sophomore year of Undergrad at CSU.   My parents are moving and I will miss this tree greatly
