SISTER ACT

A trip to the Borders today for an all-too-brief catch-up with youngest sister Annie. We caught her at the end of the last very long shift in a very long week which would have had me on the floor, but over tea and excellent cakes in the café she'd recommended, she told us of her plans for new ventures both here and in the States for the next few years. Even if those particular plans don't come to fruition she's the sort of person who's endlessly adaptable and always open to new opportunities - and I'm in awe of her talent and energy.
