Galson

An interesting (to me) shot of the inside of the ancient chapel in South Galson. It is a ruin now, but you can clearly see the two little cubbyholes inserted into the west wall. I wonder what those were used for? The chapel is on an ancient pre-Christian site and was ruinous when it was painted by Daniell in 1819, so I guess we will never truly know now.
