Rain stopped play

Using a cricket theme, the rain prevented me from doing much in the way of cutting back overgrown plants and pulling up weeds. By the time the rain had stopped, I'd gone off the idea. I'm a very fair weather gardener but I suspect I'll be doing more this week as the sun starts to shine and the days get warmer. We got someone in to cut everything back last year and we've had 2 trees removed and another pruned but it still keeps growing!
