After a nice brekkie, Chris had to do some work and I did a little house work then after that we went on a, what was supposed to be a 9mile training walk, (I / we are hoping to complete a 100k walk in August for Lymphoma Ass) it turned out to be 11.2 miles....we missed a footpath that took us slightly off course!!  Good walk though and we averaged 19min per mile.

Home now to rest, well, actually to sit and do some work.  We have a bit of a deadline to meet for tomorrow!

Busy week ahead and I do believe, if I have been told the truth (long story) we may just get some new windows fitted to the front of the house! I'm not holding my breath...the local firm we have gone to have good sales but the rest of it has been high on worrying!  We will see what happens.
