Beautiful and Delicious

Ecliptic Brewing never fails to delight us with both their beers and their food, and this year’s visit was no exception. These deviled eggs with boquerones were almost too pretty to eat, but after photographing them from a variety of angles, I relished every bite.

It’s a two-bus journey to Ecliptic, using our Honored Citizen (seniors) passes on our phones— just $7.50 for a week of unlimited travel on Portland’s superb public transportation system.

Spring is further along here than in Bellingham, although the weather has been on the gray, cool side. Walking is a pleasure when there are flowers in bloom and diverse houses and small businesses to look at!
