Ridiculous!!!

This, believe it or not, was the meal I received when I ordered the Toad in the Hole - just ridiculous!!! Firstly you could only eat the middle third, so it's a waste of food, secondly it didn't taste nice, thirdly it's not good for you at that size, and fourthly it was difficult to eat as it took up the whole plate. What was the pub chain thinking of - it was more like a duvet!

G and I were having an evening meal in Milton Keynes with our good friends M, D and V.  It was so lovely to catch up - just like the old days, we had a real laugh. I also caught up with my three sisters for tea and cake in John Lewis in the afternoon. Such a lovely day, I hope we do it on a regular basis going forward!
