New sofa

Mr Perkins wasn’t sure about the new sofa at first, but it has now received the Perkins Stamp of Approval. Phew.

When it was delivered earlier today, the man wasn’t keen on bringing it in the front door because of the angles.

“The back’s worse,” I said.

He didn’t believe me; he wanted to see.

I showed him.

He conceded I knew the layout of my own house and proceeded to take the front door off.
