A little piece of Paradise

Another good nights sleep, after an enjoyable fish platter in the Cape Verde last night.
Hub had meat skewers rather than fish.

This morning is another breezy one, sunny though :-)

After breakfast it was reading by the pool, swimming. Just before lunch I took myself off for an hour with my camera, as there were lots of kite surfers catching the big waves!

I got chatting to one of the local guys on the beach who was selling his wares, he kindly gave me a little beaded bracelet, that says "no stress" perfect for this place. I promised him I would go back to his stall again before the end of our holiday.

After lunch some more reading, another walk to watch the waves rolling in on another red flag day, really great to watch but far too rough to go swimming in the sea.

The girls played all day long, Emily slept for a couple of hours on her sun lounger in the shade, recharging her batteries for this evening!

Back to the main restaurant tonight, which is really good, so no hardship. Its amazing the vast variation and quantity of food on offer... all the staff work so hard, and always with a smile on their faces.
