Life's Full Of Surprises.

Tulips are starting to come into flower in many of my gardens, these are in a tub in full sun (on the days it actually shines!) so are in full flower. I also like the buds before the open, they are such a lovely shape.

Yesterday evening I went for an assessment at a chiropractor recommended by RF due to having strained my shoulder a few days earlier.

Today I went for the first full treatment session to discover he thought that my body compensates for the fact that I had some teeth removed as a child therefore meaning I occasionally injure myself by asking some muscles to do more than they want to.

I'm also now using hot and cold compresses, I much prefer the hot one!
