Additional information re Blip for Thursday . . . 48 titles to the point where my book was first published in 1940 . . . 117 altogether in this self-instruction book series. The Teach Yourself books were published from 1938 until 1966 by the English Universities Press. From 2010 the books had a total redesign and were printed in colour for the first time. Teach Yourself Photography is excellent . . . no negative comments at all. As for Teach Yourself – Understanding The Weather . . . that would certainly be an illuminating read this year !
