Flooded field

It should have been the first session of our bowling season this morning but unfortunately it was cancelled as it has poured for most of the day.

Late this afternoon the rain stopped so I went for a walk from the village. The photo is one of the fields belonging to Park Hall Farm and is usually covered in grass - today it was more like a swimming pool!  As the scene was mostly shades of black, white and grey I converted the photo to mono.
