Small steps!

Today marks a small step forward for the ‘project’! Architect is submitting to building regs and three trees (turns out all seriously poorly) are coming down to make way for the new extension and three trees will be replanted.

I think Chris will be busy cutting this lot up to more manageable bits!!

Let’s hope we can get to tender soon!! I’m really hoping for a 2019 build start!! We know good builders who are already booked for next year!! But we are in no major rush.
