Chocolate cake in a mug

This wasn't the blip I was going to put on today as I have spent most of the day clearing out my cupboards in the kitchen throwing out all the things that are out of date and putting things in jars and labeling them but I decided to make this Chocolate cake for one in the microwave. It took 5minuted to make and I got two out of the mixture, could have got four if I had put the mixture into four mugs. My only mistake was I left it in two long so next time I will know.
Hubby is off to Newcastleton with a friend who is going to buy cows so I am on my own for a couple of days.
Weather today has just been awful as the rain has not stopped all day.
