The all seeing eye

It had enough power to stop this motor cyclist, who is caught in the process of (having stopped) backing his bike between two parked cars to the right. I believe it to be probable that none of the children at the school, where Young L goes (and I was there to collect him), is brave enough to approach the wall at the end of the street, with its beady eye keeping watch, without ever blinking.
