Hydrangeas

Ummm. Today's challenge was 'flowers'. Don't get me wrong, I love flowers and I enjoy other people's flower blips but I'm not normally drawn to photographing them myself. It has also pi**ed down with rain all day. Late October is not known in horticulture circles for magnificent colourful boarders or statuesque specimens of botanical splendour.

All that said, I noticed this hydrangea bush round the corner the other day. I liked the combination of faded petals and vibrant pink. CharlieDog and I braved the rain then I played with it a bit. Not my finest blipping hour but it fulfils the brief.
