Grooves

Kilda was on the wagon both ways from day care today and not happy about it. Ran back from work and it was the longest run ever. Went out to fast to start with before the rain started as I reached the bridge. Into a head wind over the bridge which, along with the rain, made my legs cold and tired. Started to go down hill around Blackhall at the 22K point. Now I know what the wall might feel like. Hard getting back through the last 5K from there. Still 27.5K in 2:43 was OK. RD came up with his camera that I’m borrowing for the fly ball event tomorrow and my bottle of Ardbeg Grooves he bought for me while over on Islay last weekend. Early to bed tonight as it’s going to be a long day tomorrow
