MasterChef's on, my dinner's on.  I don't have any lovage emulsion or Buddha's hands (no, me neither).  I do have a packet of pasta in the fridge, a jar of pasta and some parmesan.  Job done.

Wound/dressing check today.  The nurse took all the dressings off, she's happy with the way it's all healing and did not put new ones on.  I feel a little naked but they know what they're doing.   My arm was not sore at all yesterday but today it is.  She was interested in the firmness of it and suggested I've overdone it a bit.  Also, I should keep to the painkiller regime (I've scaled it back a bit) as it's only a week since my most recent surgery.
