Elevens

Today has seen leisurely birthday preparation. For me this included making a cake and no 11 biscuits, hoovering and going into town with Will to buy him new school shoes (cheapest ones possible to last just one term) and some new clothes to cover his increasingly lanky frame. For Will this included getting me to buy him a hat and to have a bath.

So now we are all ready bar flinging a bit of wrapping paper at a motley selection of presents.

I might have a bath myself.
