Shakshuka

Around three or four years ago, I started a Sunday morning mini cheese scone making trend amongst Blippers who had seen my Blip of a batch I had made and were inspired to make some themselves, and Blip them. I seem to have been caught up in another mini trend as I was inspired to make some Shakshuka by StuartDB's Blip of some he had made a few days ago and I think he in turn was inspired by someone else's Blip. This is mine; served with some Labneh I made earlier today and a warm ciabatta. And right tasty it was too!
