Purple Rain

Had to take my blip early as I was away all day at a meeting, so snapped this flower in the garden. It's centre was full of rain and the little stamens still have ice particles on them. They will not last very long if the weather continues to be so harsh which is a shame as there is not a lot of colour in my garden right now and they certainly brightened up my flower beds.
