Pastures New

SWMBO and I headed off to Stow (near Galashiels - not on the Wold) this morning to see the Royal Photographic Society exhibition which wis showing in a cafe there until the end of the month.

We also met up with a friend who stays there and she took us to see where we could get some interesting shots of the local windfarm (when the weather is better ..... the wind was bringing the rain directly onto the camera lens today).
She also showed us around her newly purchased cottage (which is attached to the one she already owns) which has a wonderful fire complete with art noveau tiles and brass plate.

No1 son and daughter-in-law to be are now here for a few days so that will be fun and laughter all round
