Glaciers

View from the airplane of one of the many glaciers in the Southern Icefield, the third largest expanse of ice in the world after the Arctic and Antarctic. It was pretty cloudy so we just had glimpses of it. Extra is the sunrise taken from the van as we set off from the yurt camp for the four hour drive to Punta Arenas. It took us 14 hours to get to the Colchagua Valley. It’s a big, or rather, long country.
