Nearly time for tea.
Like many people in the UK I've been hooked by The Great British Bake Off, this is a sweet loaf from last year's book, which is bread dough dipped in Muscovado sugar, cinnamon and pecan nuts, we can't wait to scoff it after dinner. I'm always amazed at how the dough is alive and how it grows.
The left hand image is the dough just after it's ready to rest, the middle shot is the dough after an hour and of course the finished loaf. It smells wonderful.
