Party time!

Today was very cold again, but fine and sunny. So I decided to take Mr Dog on a five mile walk around the town. He was all for it at first, but after about four miles he sat on the pavement and gave me the evil eye until I carried him! I 'indulged' him for about 400 metres, then we both walked the rest of the way. We came across this fence with balloons dancing in the wind - they must be having a celebration today. I hope they have a lovely time! :-)
