Today I was up bright and early to help a mate move out of his house and I would have been on time had there not been a crash on the M27.

He was getting very stressed about whether everything would fit in but you could see that lift as, one by one, the rooms emptied.

After completing that I met RF from the train armed with a meal for 2 meal deal from the local supermarket which we both enjoyed. My new doormat had been delivered and is now by my door and I'm going to bed glad I'm not a removal man every day.
